MLC

Time for Mission Leadership Council (MLC).
Tuesday, September 22, 2015, our members of the Sweden Stockholm Mission Leadership Council, gathered at the mission home for our meeting.  We started out with a great lunch, provided by Sister Beckstrand, consisting of a Potato Bar, with all the trimmings, green salad, fresh artisan bread (courtesy of COOP), and for desert, fresh, homemade cinnamon rolls.

After lunch, the training and teaching began.  Our great assistants taught us how to work better with our members and our ward and branch mission leaders.  Elder Sahlin and Elder Rassmusen always do such an inspired job of teaching with the spirit.  President and Sister Beckstrand taught on the importance of the Sabbath Day and why we need to help our investigators understand the Sabbath Day and the Sacrament.  It was a great day, as always, and the spirit was so strong as it taught us things we needed individually to help us carry out His work here in Sweden.

Better Late Than Never

Our late arrival shows up!
Tuesday, September 22, 2015, we gathered at the Arlanda Airport in Stockholm to welcome our newest missionary, Elder Ralph Holt.  Elder Holt was detained until he was cleared by the MTC physician to travel to Sweden.  We are so happy to have him here and look forward to many great things from Elder Holt.  Pictured below are, from left to right:  President and Sister Beckstrand, Elder Sahlin, Elder Rassmusen, Elder Bliss, Elder Holt, Elder Hart, Elder Burke, and Sister and Elder Koyle.
