We were then favored with a special music number by Elder Blackburn, Elder Baquedano and Elder Olson.
Our assistants, Elder Johanson and Elder Jensen, then taught on "Transitions Through Commitments." How to help bring people we meet along the path to becoming a solid converted member of the church.
President Beckstrand then taught on the importance of "Teaching Repentance" to our Zone members. Understanding the need for true repentance and then teaching our investigators will allow the people we teach to become truly converted.
Sister Beckstrand taught on the importance of getting our investigators to church and the importance of the sacrament in their lives. Partaking of the sacrament each week is a commandment from God. Without partaking of the sacrament, one can never establish a personal relationship with the Savior.
Elders Schultz and Hatch then conducted a role play where they taught, and then commited Elders Baquedano and Blackburn to come to church every Sunday and partake of the sacrament.
After the training, a great lunch was provided by Sister Beckstrand for the Zone members. Here they are moms, pick out your missionary.........
Wednesday, January 18, 2017, we found ourselves at the Gubbängen Chapel meeting with the members of the Stockholm Zone.
The training started with the introduction of the 2017 Standards of Excellence by our Zone Leaders, Elder Richardson and Elder Reed, and our Sister Training Leaders, Sister Wilson and Sister Hall.
Elders Johanson and Jensen, our Assistants, then provided their part of the training, "Transitions Through Commitments."
President Beckstrand then taught on "Teaching Repentance."
While Sister Beckstrand followed up with her teaching on the importance of Church attendance and partaking of the sacrament.

Thursday, January 19, 2017, we traveled to the Handen Ward to meet with the members of the Stockholm South Zone.
Where our Zone Leaders, Elder Castleton-Rudolph and Elder Mecham,
started us off with the
Standards of Excellence for the new year.
Elders Jensen and Johanson then provided their training on "Transitions Through Commitments."
President Beckstrand taught us the importance of "Teaching Repentance" and how it can truly convert people by changing their hearts.
Sister Beckstrand provided wonderful instruction to our missionaries on the importance of getting our investigators to church so that they may build a personal relationship with Christ through partaking of His sacrament.

Friday, January 20, 2017, down to Södertälje we drove to meet at the chapel with the members of the Södertälje Zone.
Our Zone Leaders, Elder Cragun and Elder Pärkkä and our Sister Training Leaders, Sister Anderson and Sister Campbell, introduced the new Standards of Excellence for the new year.

Tuesday, January 24, 2017, we arrived at the Malmö Chapel in Malmö to meet with the members of the Malmö Zone.
Once again, our Zone Leaders, Elder Chugg and Elder Weaver, along with our Sister Training Leaders, Sister McClatchie and Sister May, started the training by introducing the 2017 Standards of Excellence.

President Beckstrand then kept the members of the Zone spell-bound, as he taught the importance of teaching our investigators about true repentance.
Sister Beckstrand then taught the beautiful lesson of the importance of church attendance and partaking of the sacrament every week. This is how we develop a close relationship with our Savior.

Wednesday, January 25, 2017, we found ourselves in Göteborg, for our last stop in this round of Zone Trainings. We met at the Västra Frölunda Chapel with the members of the Göteborg Zone to train them.
Our Zone Leaders, Elder Payne and Elder Kendall, introduced the 2017 Standards of Excellence to the Zone members.
The Zone members listening in to be able to catch all they need to know to help them be great.
The assistants, Elders Johanson and Jensen, once again taught on the importance of "Transitions Through Commitments."
President Beckstrand teaching the importance of the 2nd fundamental principle of the gospel, repentance, and how we need to teach our investigators the meaning of true repentance.

Our final Lunch Bell rang here in Göteborg.........A big Thank you to Elder and Sister Watson for a great lunch meal.
Thursday, January 26, 2017, we traveled by car back to Stockholm to get ready for Train the Trainers on Friday. We stopped close to Jönköping to stretch our legs and quickly see some ruins. Elder Johanson trying not to get blown out the window.
